 Nice video on recovery :) Cables snapping is dangerous, my cousin works on cargo ships and they lost a crew member to a snapping rope that is used to tie the ship to a pier. Thick as an arm it swung with momentum and killed the guy, tore him in 2. So it can happen. Anyways, to the recovery video..I bet they pulled the plane to the road, after that disassembled the wings and lifted it on a truck. Germans were somewhat effective in recovering planes.

I love that funny moment when 8 tons halftrack just couldn't do it so they had
to go around all the way and all this while camera was rolling !  :D ;D
I bet ya they better didn't show that footage to Hitler ;D

What they're doing to that Bf-109 ?!
