FW-190 T = for German Aircraft Carrier - Skinpacks
« on: October 04, 2010, 08:30:21 AM »

FW-190-A-4-T and FW-190-F-9-T for Kriegsmarine Graf Zeppelin -Skinpacks
-
Another new Mod-aircraft for the IL-2 game, thanks to SAS1946!
This particular airplane is a "What-if" the German Aircraft Carrier Graf Zeppelin were to be completed during
World War II and used for combat operations in the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Mediterranean.
This Mod airplane comes from the Mod-Artist Crazyflak, and also built with the help of numerous other great
Modders from SAS1946.com.
This fighter comes with a tail-hook for carrier landings, folding wings (very cool), numerous weapons loads and a few
other cool surprises in it to make any sea loving "pirate" feel right at home on the high-seas.
Take it for a ride and make your adventures come true!
-
Hope you enjoy the skins and have a great flight!
Cheers
MAX-theHitman
.
Skin-packs will be available at Mission4Today... website skin section “Download4Mods” – FW190 skin folder – FW-190-T sub-folder…

No man, don´t say that, it´s a beautiful looking Mod-airplane and it looks great with any skin.
It really does look great!
My skins are particularly bad looking , but I was ordered to paint them with a gun to my head
by some Gestapo guys  :P

THEY MADE ME DO IT! Not my fault. LOL

and on that note, the easy rule to remember:
a plane skin folder will always be named the same as the first part of it's air.ini entry, example:
air.ini entry:
Bf-109E-3         air.BF_109E3 2                       NOINFO   g01   SUMMER
skin folder:
Bf-109E-3
 ;)

Hallo,

can someone help me, I´ve installed the great Fw190 navalized mod, but the Skinpack for Fw190A4T and Fw190 F9T doesn´t work. I don´t know where I should install these skin files exactly. I´ve tried nearly everything but nothing works. I only have these default skins. I even have converted the bitmap files to tga files, but that also doesn´t work!

If someone can tell me how I can solve these Problem, that would be great!

Your file structure should be something like this: C:/Program Files/UbiSoft/IL21946/Paint Schemes/Skins and then in that folder you should have all the folders for the individual aircraft. If there isnt one for these aircraft, then make a new folder for each, naming them Fw_190_A4T, Fw_190_F9T and Fw_190_D13T (although there are no skins for the D13 in this thread) and then copy and paste the skins into the respective folders.

Great skins, Max, thankyou.
