the main 'thrust' of the whole affair was to make the new 'K' model what it ought to be. we did that, then we thought, ok...this will work for the other models too, so as a sort of after-thought/brain-storm we decided to do the others...the stock ones which naturally are the E and M. then we thought...all right, that will also improve the F and L which are based off the stock ones, so we included them...then we realized an N had been added, so we included that too.
however, there's got to be a stopping point somewhere, if you feel me on that. both Checkyersix and i were overjoyed to handle this problem which has plagued P-40 flyers since the game near began, but at the same time, we can't possibly cure all of the ailments that the plane (s) has (and really, it's got some more) and still have time to finish 'other' important projects too. or at least that's how i look at it, CY6 may feel different...dunno.
anyway, we've noticed some small snafu's on our original download, and we'll correct those ASAP and make them available in an update (may toss in a few surprises too if we're able) but beyond that i couldn't say... i know that i personally have about fifteen or twenty OTHER types/projects that i abruptly put on hold when we started the P-40K full swing and really need to get back to before i forget what the hell i was doing to them (yes, i'm old and damned forgetful these days...sigh!) so--- that's how it stands. we'll get our deal working right and maybe toss in some small stuff if we can, but otherwise, to finish projects put on hold, we've gotta end what we're doing to these planes at 'some' common sense point. if this makes any sense.
We'll see how it goes, that's about all i can promise on it.
