Focke Wulf Fw 58 B-2 Weihe

C version, probably more suitable for its use near the front in many units, in the rol of light transport and liason duty:

Bloch 131 (one of my earlier birds, unfairly let aside a little... still many missing french planes)

It's difficult to pick details in the pictures that you can find in the net, so I'm often trying to figure out how some parts were like...

I don't know if this will help, I use 3ds Max 2009.

Have you tried creating a fresh max file and using the merge function to bring across one piece at a time from your current file.

The process is :-

a) merge one object into the blank file,
b) test if it runs, then
c) save as ver1
d) import the next, if it works
e) save as ver2 .... and so on gradually adding each object until it fails.

Then you will know which bit is causing the problem and you can then step back to the previous version and continue until you have "recovered" all of the useable meshes and have them in a new "non-corrupted" file. There may be nothing wrong with the meshes themselves as sometime max gets it knickers in a twist

As a tip I always save to a later version as I am working at regular intervals - as I always screw something up - and this has saved me before  ;)

Hope this helps,

Glynn

You're awesome. I can't deny that I'm anxious to see some CR-32 harassing that Potez-540 or some moscas attacking that Ju-86.
If you're trying to decide which one to continue first, I vote for these two.
Way to go!

The two Martin bombers are very similar, I think... and if my memory is good, they saw quite a lot of action in the desert of North Africa, right ?
