Time ago I made an attempt to retexture the old Redfox59' ItalyAfricaGreece Map:






DOWNLOAD Italy Africa Greece v2
install:
1) unzip archive and place into your \IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\MAPMODS\Maps folder

TESTED WITH 4.09 AND SAS MODACTIVATOR
NOT TESTED WITH UP OR HSFX

Textures are reduced to 512x512 because of strange freezing phenomena occurring with old graphic cards if using higher resolution tex
(it happened with my old PC... ;) )

Whatever happened to Redfox by the way? His WIP Italy map looked very nice with the new textures but since AAA went down he hasn't been around anymore.  :(
