There were others. The He59, a biplane SAR used during the BoB for clandestine purposes too. The He119, a recce aeroplane rather like a He111 with a single airscrew through the cockpit that never saw service.

The He-111 with floats If equipped with Torpedoes, will work as a good He115 hack until someone can do a proper one.

The slot we used for it has torpedos... but weapons hooks might get tricky to relocate (I assume the floats disturb the usual location of torpedos in He111-H6). Unfortunately Slow's computer had some electrical hazard and... I dunno the status of his files. Apparently they are OK, but I am awaiting further news from him.

I want to speek to him too, They made an very unsucsesful variant of spitfire with floats that he can put on a wishlist
