Hades has addressed this at the UP site. Apparently not as of now, but he said something to the effect that he will look to include them, so maybe in the final update?
Endstate, we are going to have to wait to see what all is in UP 3.

Hi

Flying this monster in a Grand Fatherland DCG campaign & I have noticed the altimeter doesnt operate like the usual 190s. The 1000m indicator has no numbers in it. Everything else on the altimeter works fine.
