SAS-Modular Map Expansion - PART 14
« on: January 12, 2016, 11:46:46 PM »

C.U.P. Module 01 SAS-MME Pt-14

This set adds one additional map, the excellent "Alterations to ag_Baleares" by Mission_BUG.  Part-14 also adds crucial corrections to all Static.INIs.  Add this after SAS MME Part-13 and all will be fixed.

Fixes are un-avoidable sometimes, uploads are large and there were too many last minute changes to the multi-uploads of SAS-MMME Part-13.  Never mind; Part-14 overwrites all new Static.INIs for all modules and sets a firm base for future upgrades.

Thank you again for all this.
Every thing is so simple from this end, even for me!
Hard work for you I know but much appreciated.

Thank you very much for the update, greatly appreciated. 8)

The Baleares map became a very involved but enjoyable project at the time and included not only
the map changes but quick missions and skins:

Take care

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Thank you very much for the update, greatly appreciated. 8)...

Greatly appreciated from us you mean, many thanks Pete.  8)

We have a couple of other maps, longer term projects, being integrated at the moment.  This was an opportunity to update a little more and tidy up the Static.inis again.

I am aware of the great quick missions and skins for this project as well.  Strictly speaking the QMBPRO Missions should be adapted and included in the flight modules, such as The Golden Age and World at War.  We have updates for both out very soon.

I don't understand the QMBPRO Missions part very well. Is it that there are some objects to make the map more alive or is it more sofisticated as a single mission? Or maybe sth in the middle? Sorry, but a bit lost here. :(

Always a pleasure to be able to give something back to the community Simon.  ;)

Hello spartan18a, for each map to be of use in the QMB a set of missions has to be made in such a way that it can be loaded into the QMB window, usually there will be missions such as scramble and strike for instance and various others.

The ones I made for the Baleares actually have only two scramble missions for each side, one is a take off on land as is normal but a second gives you the chance to use a seaplane for a water take off.

Quicks take this a stage further in that you use the QMB mission but you add aircraft to each of the boxes provided in the various slots allied and axis and then you save it as a ready made mission that you can then load when you want without the need to add the aircraft each time.

I hope that helps.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hello guys, I just realised the seaplane take off missions mentioned earlier were not available in the altered map thread so have now been uploaded there as a
seperate link. ;)

Please be aware they were made in 4.12 with ModAct 5.30 so will need renaming for cup and some stationaries might not show.

The quicks were also made in a older install and when you load the file some of the allocated aircraft might not be available yet in CUP due to the modular nature of that set up so you will need to assign your own aircraft in certain slots and save the mission again. ;)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D
