Dragonfly Family and B-29B by Paulus (B-29B is AI only)

Paulus is well known, and well regarded, for his series of 'what if' or 'alternative history' mods.  The Dragonfly series is sometimes reminiscent of the Curtiss Ascender and compliments the work he did to develop the Shinden and other variants of Japanese prototye aircraft.

MAINTENANCE

Fix Cockpits PA_Jeronimo
https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,42916.0.html

The Yak-7 Cockpit by PA_Jeronimo

This beautiful cockpit, with its smoothed sides and clear texturing does not, for the moment, allow for open canopy mods.  We think its still better to have this and that most Yak pilots will apreciate their enhanced office.

All C.U.P. Yak pilots, however, will have to do a little work to deal with one rogue classfile from the older code, here it is:

Search #WAW for Classfile 'AAF46F6E19676E80' and delete it.  Failure to do this breaks the Yak-7 ground spawning capabilty.  Removal of this one tiny classfile fixes it all up again and you can enjoy Jero's much improved 'pit.

We are approaching the level of content, all converted to 412 code, that I always dreamed of in CUP.  Its wonderful to have you on board Walter, not least as one of the finest fixers and troubleshooters on this site.  I feel better already just seeing you here mate!   8)

We spent the weekend at the beach, now off hill-climbing today but got this uploaded while my brain was nice and cool!

Hi Monty,
Hope you have recovered from your Outing!
Just to let you know I-16type18 has been missing from modules 15,16 and 17 (after you cleaned up the I-16 air .ini)
not sure if you have done this to stop any class files from it, causing a problem or an error.
I am half way through converting an old SCW campaign which was using this I-16 type18 aircraft, any way
I have added in the air.Placeholder the following line  from module 14 :-
                    I-16type18        air.I_16TYPE18 1                              r01   SUMMER
and the I-16type 18 now appears in my missions and also in the FMB.
Can you advise If  I have done the correct thing or if I should remove it?
Ceers edc1 (stan)
ps:- I posted something the same in Tech help hope you don't mind.

For you who are afraid to look at this posting for fear I am having problems again - "not so fast my friend".  Actually I am here to tell you that I have downloaded/installed all the parts up thru 17, and it all works.  I'm pretty sure that I don't do alot of the stuff you guys do with the game, but, for what I do do, it is working well.  No issues.  Even for me.  As everyone is saying, thanks to Monty and all his cohorts for all their hard work.  When you can put out a product which is essentially old guy dummy  proof, you have done extremely well.  Thanks again. :)
