Nice, I like the weathering, especially around the pit. Very subtle. Very fine work with the canopy prop. Did you make the seatbelts?

She prolly would have had a good build of exhaust staining, the Luftwaffe had to resort to some poor quality fuels towards the second half of WWII. Unless of course the ground personnel scrubbed it clean. ;)

I also bought that kit. What I am missing with the decals is the swastika - it's not included. Where did you get it from?

Revell is a European company, and so, when they rebox a kit, like in this case the hasegawa kit , they are obliged by law to remove the swastika from the kit. You can buy aftermarket unsensored decals for any kit for many schemes at any good online retailer. Some of my favourites are :

Thanks, CirX. I already thought so, but I didn't know where to get the "uncleaned" decals from. I'll try the links out.

I'd recommend the Sprue Brothers too, http://www.spruebrothers.com/

They set the mark for customer service.

I'll try the links out.

I found offers for swastika decal sheets in all scales which I need. However, I won't do many models, so there isn't really the necessity to have dozens of swastikas lying around.

Is there per chance anybody who has some spare swastikas in 1/32 and 1/48 he/she doesn't need any more? It's just a set in 1/48 I need for the He-219A-7 (Tamiya) and one each in 1/32 for Bf-109K-4 (Revell) and Fw-190A-8 (Hasegawa).

Best greetings and wishes,
Yours
