Jeep did only have 4 cylinder engine. But it really does matter.
One of my buddies used to have original Jeep that took part to D-day. It was a beaty. Came with full documents of it's history. I believe it went back to USA.
These driveable vechiles are cool for mapmakers. In a way. Other hand you might get lost when trying to make cities look too cool. After all, this is a flying sim...

 Pleased to say it works online very well if the host and all people who have join have it installed.
Made a KTO urban combat COOP and got it hosted by a squadmate, so awesome. Thanks guys. To be on the ground blasting fueltrucks and enemy soldiers, then when the big tanks show up to holler at someone else flyin a Skyraider, and tellin them exactly where you want all that ordanance.
Any chance of selectable loadouts for this oneday? Bazooka/Recoiless rifle ver/.50 cal/.30cal or SAS raider version with twin Lewis AA guns on back and forward mounted .50 cal?

Still,it should have a piece of big ol' honkin'American V-8 iron under the hood.If some is good,then more is better,and therefore too much is is just about right.

anyone wanna try to get teh turret to spin 360degrees, as it does get annoying having targets in ya blind zomne and not bein able to engage, as turning around/stopping = death when ya up against 3 tanx

i was playing and i remember i could turn 360 degrees one way but when i tryed it the other way it wouldnt

It's that historical realism thing.The driver gets all pissed off when you step on him.He has a revolver.

Thanks all, great mod, Just tried this out for fun, Put your jeep on a carrier deck and try shooting down Kamkiaze planes as they attack your ship, Lots of fun, Now if someone could come up with a vehicle that shoots flak or AAA.  Thanks again, going back to defend against Kamikazes

Sounds like Graphic card issue with some textures. Try using different drivers for the GC.

I'm clearly not doing the install right, as the game crashes at 60% loading. I've changed my air.ini, plane_ru.properties & the weapons_ru.properties files as indicated. Then I've put the vehicles folder (containing the java files & 3do folder) into my mods folder). I've searches for another "vehicles" folder in my install but there isn't one.

What am I doing wrong?
