I have DBW up and stable at 1.71. I downloaded the patch 2.1 and patched all 10 patch files and crashed to desktop. So, I reloaded only 2.1 and found it to be stable, and then I added one patch at a time and was stable up until patch 5. At patch 6 I get crash to desktop. I reverted back to 5 and can use the sim for 1916. Does anyone have special knowledge of what could be going on in patch 6 that has caused a crash? Also note, I have printed and followed the directions and deleted the required aircraft files.

ehm, you crashed...when? at loadup? 5%, 20%, 30%, 60%, 70%?
during mission loadup?

do you use JSGME?

a little bit more information would be great

Thanks for the reply. I crash at 70% during the loading process. I do use JSGME and only load MissionPro Combo. I have tried loading with and without Mission Pro enabled with no success. Thanks for your help. John

Jyduchene after you install patch 5 and before you install patch 6 you must delete (#DBW_1916/AIRCRAFT_AEG-CIV, AIRCRAFT_BE2C, AIRCRAFT_Snipe)are you doing this?This could be the cause of your 70% ctd.

Gumpy, This was my problem! was deleting files from patch 6 before installing it. I should have been removing them from #DBW1916. Thanks I was folloing the directions as I was interpreting them.I got it way wrong. Thanks, 6 now flyes. John
