Yeah, DBW doesn't require Ultrapack per se, but it is built on top of it. They could use UP3 and then just add more content from there along with 4.12.2m. And there was talk of UP 3.1, but that died down. I'm not sure about it ATM.

Ah, ok I giddit now :D I also discovered a fix for steam users who have the game automatically patched to 4.12.1 or something like that. Set it to not auto update, uninstall, and reinstall and it should stay at 4.07m. Obviously, you'll have to reinstall all the mod packs, but you can play DBW until the new version comes out. I hope this works anyway, cause I just uninstalled EVERYTHING to test this out 0_o

I suppose it's huge amount of work to be done, in order to get DBW compatible with 4.12.
What about DBW 1916? Are you working on it? Or just DBW?
Let's be patient.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as impatient, I was just wondering...Thanks for all your hard work and I look forward to the release!

Yes its very Huge work and very time consuming, but it is being worked. You all will love the Variety of Mods included under one roof as Maico calls it. ;)

And while waiting patiently, put together a copy of The Full Monty.  Their Roof is Really Big.  This will be my Ultimate DBW 4.10 Copy.  There is enough content flying round here (pardon the pun) to keep me busy till DBW3 comes out.   :o

Yes, I have a "The Full Monty", and a "New-TFM" Install, they are both awesome Mod packs.

I use the new-tfm, but I'm currently putting together a 4.12.2m, modact 5.3, and hsfx pack. I want to be able to fly both offline and online. I am going to try to find some good campaigns in the meantime with the new ai and try it out. I love this sim :)

So after messing around with Modact 5.3 and HSFX installs the last few days, I've decided to can both of those. I tried playing online in both of those and I couldn't believe that most of the maps were stock maps. They looked terrible compared to DBW+ New-TFM. Also, I REALLY missed Gurner's FX and Tiger's sounds!!! DBW is amazing and I love it lol! I can't wait for the new release :p. I am excited to here you guys are going to be implementing new mods. That's great! There are many great mods (and mapmods) floating around here on the forums and to have all of the best ones in one pack is great. The only thing I prefer in my other installs is the cool 4.12 GUI, and the variety (and beauty) of the splash screens in Modact 5.3. All in all, I apreciate your hard work and look forward to the release. I may take up campaign making in my free time because it seems we are lacking campaigns for all the best maps e.g. Cyberolas' maps, Bombsaway's maps, War over Italy, Central Med, Westfront, etc. etc. Maybe I just can't find them?
Best Regards,
Drew
