Uuff!
My apologies, i'm in a hurry.
Tomorrow in your link I accomplish  at the Crimea.

Relative to the mud and slush, i agree with you. In autumn, the time eroded the roads throughout the territory of the USSR. But because of the landscape of the Crimea is very sad, but actually for all of Crimea is associated with sunshine, bright and rich textures

No problemo Mixx.

The reason why I took Crimea for a repaint is because I prefer to fly over maps which have everything included: hills, mountains, valleys, rivers and sea. Just like your North Norway/Zapolarie map. You don't wanna know how many times I've already flown over your map.  8)

When it comes to winter textures take a look at this one. In my opinion it is still the very best winter texture for IL2 I've ever seen.

It is created by Maybug who was involved in -at least- the official winter Slovakia map.
Back in 2009 I think he used to work on a Summer and Winter version of a northwest European map. He showed us some screenies of it at AAA.
Finally, finally, finally a couple of days ago I found back an image of his work in progress at a Slovakian website.

I test some water colours for this gorgeous map, did some research on North Norway and the North Sea+ fjords and atm fly with this:
(Not the best shot, admitted)

[WATER]
Water    = water/PacificWater.tga
WaterColorATI = 0.110 0.165 0.200
//WaterColorATI = 0.150 0.225 0.180
WaterColorNV  = 0.110 0.275 0.238
//WaterColorNV  = 0.165 0.264 0.233

In any case I love the map, with default water or that one, both compliment it.
