Hello zsoltquack, I've just used the link in the actual map thread here:

It downloaded no problem, that is the same link as in this thread so I'm sorry to say I don't know what the problem is for you.

You could try the link at a different time of day as sometimes usage of a particular site can determine whether or not you can get the download. Other than that you could try another browser, Firefox is good for large files I find.
