Hey Chris, I know we went through this once before on skype, but here are the settings I'm using in nvidia control panel, I know you don't have TIR so use the Off settings on Triple buffering and V sync
Ambient Occlusion Not supported
Anisotropic filtering 8x
Antialiasing - FXAA Off
Antialiasing - Gamma correction On
Antialiasing - Mode Override any application setting
Antialiasing - Setting 8x
Antialiasing - Transparency Multisample
Cuda - GPUs All
Maximun pre-rendered frames Use 3D application setting
Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration Single display mode
Texture filtering - Anisotropic Off
Texture filtering - Negitive Lod bias Clamp
Texture filtering - Quality High Quality
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization Off
Threaded optimization Auto or Off
Triple Buffering if you use TIR On
" " if you don't use TIR Off
Texture filtering - Anisotropic filter opt. Off
Vertical sync if you use TIR On
" " if you don't use TIR Off
I also use nvidia inspector to set a couple of more things the regular control panel does not use. Remember if you use the Global settings it will use those settings for every application or game you play, which isn't good if you do DX games, il2 is OpenGL and the settings I just gave you are for OpenGL and il2.
Here is another site that's good for tweaking your video card, and Windows 7, XP or which ever version you use
Tweak Guides
http://www.tweakguides.com/Tweak Guides for video settings
http://www.tweakguides.com/Graphics_1.htmlnvidia Forceware settings
http://www.tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_1.htmlthere is a host of good information on many games here.
