Meteor Mk III mod sound fix

Hi,
             I have downloaded and inststalled the excellent  Gloster Meteor Mk III mod.  For DBW 1.71
The download also recommends the sound fix patch.
The patch contains  a folder called  Presets in witch there is a folder  called  Sounds with 3 .prs
files in it.
Can someone please tell me where to install these as I am not sure and don’t want to mess up my game.
