"Fixed" Wheels!

Here's one for ya gang.

In various planes with fixed undercarriage (i.e. CR-32, Hs-123, some stukas and Camel in 1916), I get the issue of the wheels not revolving when the plane's moving on the ground. I've had this problem for some time now, not just in DBW, but 4.101 ModAct as well.

Any fellow "sufferers"?
