question about downloading RRR??

I'm looking for a mod that has RRR (repair, refuel, and rearm) but for single player...all the mods I've read 'seem' to only work for multiplayer? Or am I just misunderstanding?

Rrr is a feature of UP3. while UP is normally used for online and multiplayer it can be used offline or single player.

Dedicated offline packs, aka DBW do not have this feature. At the present time it can't and won't be added. There is no real RRR mod, you need up3 to use it.

Could you please provide a link to UP3? I don't want to accidentally download the wrong thing!
