PT Elco 80
« on: July 16, 2012, 12:16:11 AM »

I request a slot for my Elco PT 80. I know most java coders help with planes slots but I'm hoping that someone can make a slot for me as it's not a really big ship.

Hi blazing.

How about someone will help you?
If no one till today, I will help it.

I can make a new ship slot to your PT boat.
But now I cannot edit your 3D about collisions, damaged models, they have to be finished by you.

When you wish,
please send me a PM with your msh folder zip URL,
and armaments list you made in 3D (like Head1.msh = 40mm Boforse, Head2.msh = 20mm Oerikon, ...).

Thanks you Western for your help. I have finished all work on the 3d model including collisions, LODS 1,2 and Shadows models. I have not done damage models yet.I'm using the original PT model as a guide and it didn't have any damage models so i didn't think it needed any and when i was testing the model as soon as it got destoryed it sunk right away so it didn't look like it would be required, If it really needs damage models I'll create them and then send it your way western.

SAS Malone I'm not sure you would be happy with the template that I used to create the texture for my model  :) . UV Mapping is not my strong area.I'll see if I can get you at least something good to work with to create textures.

IL-2 1946 ship engine doesn't treat different in her size (Big ship or Small boat).
Sinking time is about 30 minutes even if small boat.
Damage model has to be prepaired.

Ship's damage model is very simple!
Only using another skin with black holes for her Hull or deck.

K I'll make the damage model it shouldnt be that hard if it's just a model with different texture. I'll send you the link when I finish.
