Repair function not work???

Hello!
All functions of the RRR work perfectly, but when I'm with flaps defective, damaged guns, etc., I will function in the repair and I press the number 4 (Repair) and nothing happens. Tells you nothing, does nothing, it's as if I had pressed TAB and close commands :/
Help me please!
I await answers.

im pretty sure chocks have to be in for repair to work.

I have checked the chocks, but still does not work! What is worse, as I said gives no message, just close the control panel.
Can anyone help me?

Dont know if this helps but,

1 must be in dog fight room
2 only light control damage will be fixed
3 runway must be configured to use RRR in FMB
4 some time if configured so certain items must still be present in area of base
