lol, if i was a proper grammar nazi, i'd have to edit my post as well -  your 'singed' was a simple typo, whereas mine was horribly incorrect grammar.  8)

Signed from Poland as well but... Seriously, do you think this has any legal force?

I don't think a petition has any legal force at all but rather demonstrates the feelings of a particular group etc.  While it doesn't have legal weight it can influence people who make decisions....here's hoping. :)

I am european...

No one is perfect.
 :D

But in all seriousness it seems some easily forget that it was only last month that our reps were considering similar legislation.
I'm a staunch nationalist, but this issue really is bigger than that. And if I say anything more its going to come out sounding like the struggles of class warfare so I shall refrain as I'm not a pinko-commie douchbag.

Its a worldwide thing really.
globalisation? Control over the masses? Money is the new god?
I couldnt even mark this thread as "politic", and thus get it closed (please?) because the subject at hand concerns, and hopefully never affects the entire humanity.
Its a worldwide thing really, and its scary as hell. I ve seen it coming for the last two years, and it disgusts me to the point where i think this will be my last computer-PC-OS kind of thing.

Latest news (for us Europeans):

On 3 February 2012, Poland announced it halted the ratification process as it "had made insufficient consultations before signing the agreement in late January, and it was necessary to ensure it was entirely safe for Polish citizens.

Do not belive in that ! Polish prime minister say that, to cool down situations. According to polish law, he can't stop ratification process, this is all bullshit only. He start consultations after signing ACTA to convince people, there is nothing wrong with ACTA, and people who protest they don't know law :D One of his party member, call protesters "idiots" In this weekend people start protest agan. Polish prime minister, wait what EU will do with this problem, he don't  have good intentions at all.
this map show all protest on the world

I just signed. 2,114,000 and something. If they don't stop ACTA, at least they'll have a lot of email to delete.
