Ah ok, no wonder it didn't do anything when I put it in the skin folder....I wasn't planning on making any but just in case I get time to tinker around with it, do I need photoshop for that or can I use paint or gimp?

All of them work, it is up to you to choose the program you are most familiar with.

I have bug with the skin and the rudder:
Skin of other plane as default skin)

When I push rudder on left the 3D of the rudder go to the right but the plane go to the left (same for right)
the 3D work in the wrong way (only for rudder)

I tried it in 4.11 with the beta modactivator, but it doesn't work, CTD at 60%, so presumably FM is rejected. Used 4.10 FM.
