Bomb bay doors problem

How instal bombbay doors in Il-2 1946 v 4.09m ??
First I must get bombay doors file into the MODS folder later I must paste this lines [Mods]
BombBayDoors=0     
SeparateGearUpDown=1
SeparateHookUpDown=1
SeparateRadiatorOpenClose=1
ToggleMusic=1
AirShowSmoke=3
DumpFuel=1

in conf..ini but where paste [Mods]
  ExternalViewLevel  2
  ExternalViewGround  1
  ExternalViewDead  1
  PadlockLevel  2
  ExternalPadlockLevel 1
this lines??:(
