New Bf-109T-1 and T-2
« on: October 15, 2011, 09:43:26 AM »

This mod requires DiffFM mod.

These palnes have correct Flight Models, the one from UP3 has only weight increased and hook added nothing else.

2 new planes for the game.

This version of Bf-109 is not well known because of the problem to build the carrier Graf Zeppelin.

These versions have correct Flight Models.

For T-2 version, I invite you to download Knochenlutscher's skin pack(thank you, the screenshots are based upon his skins) : http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.ph...c,18234.0.html

This is the mod
4.09 :
http://www.mediafire.com/?cahm0vq3sqj2pr5

4.10 :
http://www.mediafire.com/?eg1dv5o4bzoabc8

Thank you to the beta-tester team BJ=CROC, BJ=Bomber, danieul, paul95 and Epervier (and thanks a lot to Epervier for the compilation of Flight Models).

Thank you :

No,

Bf-109T-4.fmd // Flight model for Bf-109T from Checkyersix
[Aircraft]
  Type 1
  Crew 1
  Wingspan 9.867
  Length 8.738
  Seaplane 0
  Canard 0
  Jet 0
  JetHiV 0
...
[Engine]
  Engine0Family DB-600_Series
  Engine0SubModel DB601A

These next flight models are mine.

Bf-109T-1.fmd
[Aircraft]
  Type 1
  Crew 1
  Wingspan 11.08
  Length 8.76
  Seaplane 0
  Canard 0
  Jet 0
  JetHiV 0
...
[Engine]
  Engine0Family DB-600_Series
  Engine0SubModel DB601N

Bf-109T-2.fmd
[Aircraft]
  Type 1
  Crew 1
  Wingspan 11.08
  Length 8.76
  Seaplane 0
  Canard 0
  Jet 0
  JetHiV 0
...
[Engine]
  Engine0Family DB-600_Series
  Engine0SubModel DB601NZ // this one doesn't exist, it's a DB 601N with GM-1.

Strange, isn't it?
I have different results (wingspan and engine, but it's just a part of mistakes I have found)
About 3d, They had the armour plate (there isn't on Checkyersix's one)

Try to land between 130kph and 140kph, it's very hard with mine and impossible with his.
IRL, they were able to land at 130kph.

To sum up, the old FM is less powerful and has a smaller wingspan (if you want, I can show wing surface, weights, ...)

;) I already tested the T-2 in my QMB and can't say a bad word. A powerfull ride. I love it. You did a perfect job.
Only thing, not adressed to you, but to 1C banana Studio and their Houdini GM-1, I'm too dumb to use the GM-1, any help how to use it? The cut-off issue I got with E-7/Z too.
E/7Z was a high-alt Fighter, OK, I knew before Oleg did this GM-1 thingy, but restricting that Boost to alt? Mhh, I can't help myself what drove Oleg.
This high-alt only restriction is going on my nerves, why did Oleg sth., when you could use it in R/L despite our
game behaviour. I'm adressing this to Ta 152 H too, which was barely used in his projected role. Isn't an overheating issue enough if you abuse it? We should adress this restriction to AI, not the Player.
If you would ever be a magician and know about how to fix this issue, some call arcade, please let me know, I want this.
Anyway, glad you sorted the FM tweaking out.
Best wishes Knochenlutscher

The one I sent to you was an experimental version, replace this one by my pack.

To finish, you must use GM-1 at 6.5km height or higher.
