Dear Pablo,
I have upgrade my Il-2 to 4.10.1 so i have also installed your MissionProCombo for it, last version
but in the mission and campaign offline when i load a mission with different skins for any planes
in the game are all identic in a determinate wing as in example below:

                                    if you check some pages before, this topic was covered.

  If you use the ComboBox of Skin which is present in the Briefing screen (the one in MissionPro where you see the map and you can change the plane, etc.), that setting (when changed) is applied to all the planes of the current flight (because there is only room for a single combo). But if you go to "Loadout" or Arming, now I don't remember what's the label, you can change the skins individually (plane by plane) if you want, without affecting the others. But if you open a mission the skins are preserved, the only problem is if you change once in the front screen.

  I don't have the text at hand, but I strongly suggest to you search for the detailed explanation of the behavior of the skin selection.

Here it is:

     I don't know exactly where it have documented this, but since the release of this mod for DBW1.5 it was decided to work this way:

  -The Skin switch to the Mission side (to the right) drives you to an Arming screen similar to the QMB one: you can set everything for the flight, Country, Regiment, Fuel, Loadout... and plane by plane Skin, Noseart, Pilot and Markings. It will be kept exactly as you set it there, and the configuration of your current player will be set if you Start the Mission as the user one for that plane. This is valid for Single Missions and all of these is absolutely WYSIWYG, you can see every change and no doubts are present.

  -With the skin switch to the Player (to the left) the MissionPro drives you to the original Arming screen. Where you can select the weapons of your army flights and eventually enter and adjust the specific data of your plane. In this case they will work by setting the User data only, and they will be applied when you launch the mission.

  -If you make a specific selection in the Skin Combo in the briefing screen, it will be applied to all the planes of the flight in any case. So it will always be a general setting, and the ones in Arming screen will be particular ones. The big difference was that previously, any background operation of the MOD, when it had to adjust what the Skin Combo showed, applied the change to all the Flight. Now it doesn't and it is a huge difference, so specific Skin / Noseart / Markings configurations are kept by plane except you make a real selection in the Skin Combo.

  -The Weapons Combo in the Briefing still works as usual: the changes there affect all the planes of the flight, because the loadout is a per-flight setting.

Dear Pablo, thanks for your reply, i first load one mission from my single mission, then withuot any change i click on the start button, the mission is load and start but with the unique skin for all planes of a determinate wing. Is necessary go to the arming section and resetting any skin of the player wing ( for to do this operation the gamer will remember how where compiling the mission )?  Or i have not understand what you explain me?

I'm wondering what is needed to create or edit the existing quick mission to support the additional planes which is set in page 2 of the QMB :p

i tried adding additional flights to existing missions, but got data corruption error.

If you got corrupt data, go out of QMB an try again. it helps. There are some missions with wrong squad number and so on making these errors. This got nothing to do with your planes. You can use whatever plane you have installed and show on your menu.
I am currently cleaning up those missions with error , hoping to get rid of them once and for all

In some maps in QMB there are only 8 flight available it's some 4.09 legacy how to change it 4.10 legacy and then have possibility to add more planes or is it even possible to do so

hmm, i hv tried that in & out of QMB trick, but that dont work.  If I removed the additional flights the mission works again but then the additional flights set in page 2 wont show up ofc.

i was trying on the midway map.  i did some changes to it so its now stock QM missions.

I apparently missed the update for this little gem when it first came out. Maybe too busy fixing up DBW ...

Anyway, I've gone through the posts here and there is something I was wondering about. In the latest version of MissionProCombo (for DBW) it seems that there is no longer any option to set which type of formation one wishes at start: Line astern, line astern, diamond etc ... I always thought this a nifty little addition in Frog's Formation Mod.

I have Frog's Formation Mod installed and the newest version of MissionProCombo ... is there any way of getting the formation types back without reverting to a previous version of MissionProCombo, cause this new version is better overall  ...
