Looks good. I'm not sure if it will "eliminate" kill stealing, but it will sure make it less profitable......

Wow!
Would it also be possible to show, how many personnel killed?
Sometimes large heavies go down without chutes visible, other times you really rip the heavy to shreads and mysteriously all 10 chutes appear, while the remains of the bomber spinning towards the ground.

Well if you get killed in your plane the plane goes down with the crew. but I have seen crew bail out when a AI skipper is dead so maby in some planes the crew go with the plane if skipper is dead

are you flying for kills or are you flying for your country?
last time i checked the stars and bars for kills, ... 2004?

kill ratings was complicated in WWII, simulating that is going to take a bit more work than anything seen so far....

Not flying for kills neither, at least offline. Online, well, sometimes there is some rivalry between some of us due to kill "stealing", and that often ends in a friendly 1vs1 dogfight between the stealer and the one who got his kill stolen :P Often at missions end, when there are bullets left, and revenge time is coming  ::)
This would be the solution ;)

ugh. so they shot down one plane together, and each one gets  0.25 kills in the end?
2x0.25 =0.5

where is the other half gone?
That is the plane they shot down earlier - the pilot is in heaven/hell and having a laugh at their expense. he gets 2 x0.25 =0.5 kills too, because because of him, two enemies turned their weapons on each other.
