well there are 34 variants of spitfires too.. anyways,

Not another 109, just correct the existing G-5/AS to be more historically correct.

Re: DBW Request Topic- Pull down map menu in FMB
« Reply #157 on: February 05, 2012, 12:29:42 PM »

I wonder why is not the pull down map menu in FMB,
so nicely working in UP3 RC4,
applied also to the DBW builds ?
It is so elegant the solution of the troubles with number of modded maps, I think.

Now that 1.7 is done and dusted, I guess we can start thinking about new content for 1.8.

So here's my cent's worth :)

Aircraft - Ranwers' Do17Z & B26 Marauder; the new Hs-123 from 4.11

Maps: GilB57's Westfront '40; the new Vietnam Maps from Missionbug, Dixiecapt & Batbomb

Plutonium Effects pack

Hawkers :)

maybe first settle the question if 1.8 is gonna be 4.11 based or 4.101?

Maybe new PZL P-24, the old one from 2008 is working under DBW 1.7, but there is a problem with stationary version.
It is a beautiful plane (how to attach image to this post?).

I would love to have the ability to control the brightness of reflector sights.  Certain planes have really "busy" gunsights, so much so that it can be difficult to see your target thru the sight if you're in wide view.  Something like a control similar to the reticle dimmer, only changing how bright your crosshairs show up.  I don't know if this is even possible to put into a mod, but thought I'd throw it out there.

I would like to see included the tropicalised Hurricane fighters that were in UP2 I think.  I built a 14 mission Malta campaign (George Cross Island) which is on M4T but with more recent modpacks the Hurricanes have gone so the campaign is obsolete.  Like the Hurricane I suppose.

Billy, i'm pretty sure the trop Hurris are still in the new packs, but they are implemented in a different way than before.
the trop versions will appear if you select a desert map - it might not display in the 3d-preview box, but ingame they will have the trop filters. ;)

Can we have another link to:  Stock 4.07m to DBW 1.71 SuperPack One-Stop Download & Install (the famous SAS F'nBigSuperPack !) please.

I have downloaded all of the files except part 12 and that just keeps failing time after time.

When you don't avoid BitTorrent, use BitTorrent download is better than web download, I feel.
