Hi pilots!
I´ve retextured the Crimea map with photographic textures.
The most weak point in the past was displaying of cities, which has a low quality and 3D objects wasn´t located correctly.
The cities are displaying in combination of several textures now and there are cultivated fields in different scale around the cities.
A little bit unsolved is displaying of river shore and some of beach. The rivers are disappearing in some cases and shores are little bit raw. If there is a someone who can or who know how to fix this , it would be great.

 Installation:

    Copy the content of _Tex folder into your Sturmovik _Tex folder
    Copy the Crimea folder into Crimea folder in game (all rewrite), if you want to have retextured map. In this case don´t add any new line to all.ini file.
    If you want to save map as new, create Crimea_RRR folder and copy content of Crimea folder into it. Add line "Crimea_RRR  Crimea_RRR/load.ini" to all.ini file.

I recommend to fly with Cloudtype=2 and higher.

Absolutely amazing. I just had a long flight on it.

Make sure you use UP3 while flying this, as it has the improved lighting mod included.

Crisp scenery, awesome cities, absolutely no performance problems.

That YT clip looks very nice. 
I think the Crimea map is one of the most retextured maps. I've seen several versions over the years. I used to have Slades' but will switch now and then between yours and his.

I installed this repaint and it is stunning - with the cloud, cinema effects and lights mods it is awesome-
your hardly notice the shoreline issues
