Yup, this is one of those advanced ones we pull out from time to time. I stole a bit of Sani's work to do this (opening canopies), and figured out how to get rid of an artifact problem thats been bugging him and me with the POV in 190 models for a while now. Also studied Fucida's work for this (havent we all!)

SO, you need to make sure you get rid of other Ta152 H1 cockpit mods, as well as hashed files of the same names as the 5 in this mod. If you dont know what those are, or how to get rid of previous cockpit mods, then DON'T INSTALL THIS.

Have fun, this mod is going to make you experience this power glider like never before. Recomended in wide view.

Bug report:

With the opening canopy, I get an horrible black square on the rear of the cockpit and the pilot seat:



Same problem with the Fw 190 (0_OpenCanopy190 MOD), I think the problem come from the mainhull.msh because when it is removed the bug desappear but the POV too 

Possible to fix that ? Sani ?

no, just move the seat forward in the hier a little. Look in the other 152 mod , I did it there already.

Hi Cirx, these days I'm having problems with either POVs or opening canopies....
In this case I get the opening canopy but not the new wider POV, with Sani's FW 190 opening canopy mod (and having your complete new POV pack mod installed) I get the POV working but not the canopies...
Moreover and regarding your other pack containing the other 190s: the only ones working are the TA 152 C0 and C3, the A4, A5, Doras and so on not at all unfortunately.
I run UP 2.01 and everything's else is fine so I wonder what's happening!

AFAIK the POV mods and the opening canopies mods are not compatible. The only thing to do if you want the opening canopies mods, I think, are to disable their corresponding planes files in the POV mod, then copy the hook data over from the POV mod to the opening canopies mod files as needed. There is a tutorial in the tutorials board about adjusting POV, and should set you on the right path.

I mean, with these FWs it does make no difference if I use or not your mod, thing that instead happens with the TA 152 C and C3.

I think that other Ta152 pack is from Sani, and he pulled it long ago to work on it more. I dont think this mod, which is for the H-1 only, will work on those.

Sorry CirX, maybe I was not able to explain myself....
What I meant is: your mod works perfectlly for me with the two TA 152, the effect is the one really expected but with the other FWs things are different,
actually it seems it makes no difference at all having the mod activated or not.
What I would like to ask you is if this is normal or I am having problems.
For me is more important to have a correct POV than a openable cockpit...

The POV effect is much bigger on the Ta152 cockpits. The normal 190 cockpit POV chnage is very slight, and not much wider than normal, it is a limitation of the cockpit's specific 3d.
