Tunisia Map 3.0 for 4.10 (New Textures)

This is intended to be used with JSGME on a modded 4.10 version.

OBJECTS NEEDED
Recommend to use the UP_Boomers objects

-Added greener textures for the cultivated areas of Tunisia (Thanks to Gilb57)

Yeah, both are the same. I just like the JSGME thing to active stuff. :)

Hi MrOblongo, first off, thanks for the map, covers an area i'm really interested in perfectly.

I downloaded the three links from above and installed via the JSGME, and was able to load the map, but couldn't save.

I then downloaded Boomers object pack, and installed that and uninstalled through JSGME your objects, and i can save the missions now, so something might not be quite right with the downloads, just a heads up.

By the way,this is on 4.10.

Hi Mr. Oblongo,

Thanks for making this nice map available for 4.10. I installed the two object packs and the map (not through JSGME), but have the same problem as mentioned by some of the earlier posters here. I can open the map in FMB and can place objects, vehicles, aircraft, etc, but can neither save nor play the mission I created. Since I installed this map, I can neither save nor play on any other map as well. My game version is 4.10 with SAS mod activator 2.5b. Are there other objects still needed (Boomer's object pack?)? I do not have QMB/FMB-Pro installed. Are those required for this to work?

The only solution seems to be an update of the objects.

If you use the JSGME thing. Deactivate, then overwrite the 3do folder with the new ones and then re-activate.

Hello there

Stupid question , but I am becoming dizzy trying to get the best out of my 4.10TD +SAS Modact 2.5.

What is the difference between Mr.O objects and UP_Boomer ones ?They are both a compilation of all existing objects with a STATIC.ini up to date , or did I miss the point.
They are both intended to avoid "missing objects" when saving a mission,aren't they ?.

I am using Mr.O superb Tunisia map (with the new textures ) with Mr.O 00_Objetos 4.10 and the associated QMB missions with no problem.

What must me let me think that I have to use Mr.O or UP_Boomer.

Please can you help me .

Well madcop , this is a good point!

Even if I believe that the object needed for UP can be different (fewer) from the one of a custom installation , a unified object pack can be the great solution because:

1) more simple to update
2) any doubled object in UP installation will be read as a new mod and loaded before the SFS one without any trouble

It's my 2 cents...

Hello Walter

You mean that UP_Boomer pack is for the ones using UP 2.01n and Mr_O is for guys using TD4.10 Stock + SAS Modact ?

I do not get it , because both are using the MODS Folder Option wIth the STD inside.
So what's the difference as long as maps ,missions and objects are concerned ?
Are there more objects in Mr_O download or in UP_Boomer , and , are they the same ones ?

Sorry but all this sounds a little bit confused to me .

Boomer are realizing the object pack for SAS mod activator 2.5 and Mr_O the same thing for UP.

At the end it should be the same thing but it depend on the maps they use and on UP they can be fewer but I not bet it!

Anyway the object are like jolly if you miss one you can't save...but if you have even 1000 more no problem but only more FMB object choice!

So what I mean is that both are working for the same goal!!!
