I hope it works OK for you in v4.10.1m/UP3/DBW.

This is not the original version, but it should be better than anything ever released. This is actually the version meant for inclusion in DBW with possibly some updates by CirX and a lot of fixes by me for LODs, damage model and some other areas. Due to the Java code size limit and slot number limits caused by it this hasn't been included in DBW yet and thus my fixes haven't been released anywhere before. I hope it is OK for everyone that I now post this updated version.
