Did I get it wrong that this MOD can speed up UP2.01(+other mods in MODS folder) installation to approx UP3(+#UP# folder mods) loading speed times?

I have the following in the UP2.01 MODS folder

It would be cool, as right now UP2.01 install takes like x10 times longer than UP3rc3 one:) And I think I'll need to keep 2.01 for Dgen, AI and default Oleg's smoke and fire effects...
